Entretien crois\u00e9 avec Audrey Kamali et Hanna Bonnier, coordinatrices de la plateforme <a href=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.hub.brussels\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Women in Business<\/a>, le hub pour l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin de hub.brussels, l\u2019Agence bruxelloise pour l\u2019Entrepreneuriat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me en construction<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 Bruxelles, seules 30% des personnes ind\u00e9pendantes sont des femmes\u00a0\u00bb, posent d\u2019embl\u00e9e Audrey Kamali et Hanna Bonnier, alors qu\u2019elles sont aussi nombreuses que les hommes \u00e0 vivre dans la capitale. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre flagrant que tentent de combler les coordinatrices de Women in Business, une initiative de hub.brussels. Leur mission ? Pr\u00eats bancaires, aides familiales ou lev\u00e9es de fonds&#8230; Les femmes se heurtent \u00e0 un plafond de verre. \u00ab\u00a0Elles d\u00e9clarent avoir moins de garanties financi\u00e8res que leurs homologues masculins. R\u00e9sultat : elles se paient moins \u2014 moins de 20 000 \u20ac par an pour plus de 50 % des ind\u00e9pendantes principales \u2014 et peinent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur activit\u00e9. C\u2019est un cercle vicieux\u00a0\u00bb, constate Audrey Kamali.<\/p>\n<p>Si des alternatives existent \u2014 microcr\u00e9dits, crowdfunding, fonds sp\u00e9cifiques comme SheFunds ou Sista \u2014 elles restent trop peu connues ou accessibles. En plus des biais sectoriels qui persistent : \u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi un business dans les soins capillaires, secteur pourtant florissant, ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie-t-il pas du m\u00eame engouement qu&rsquo;une applis dans les panneaux solaires ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>Une autre vision de l\u2019entreprise<\/h2>\n<p>En outres, beaucoup de femmes entrepreneures veulent cr\u00e9er du sens, avoir de l\u2019impact social ou environnemental et trouver un \u00e9quilibre personnel. \u00ab\u00a0Or, ce type de langage n\u2019est pas toujours bien per\u00e7u dans les sph\u00e8res d\u2019investissement traditionnelles<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">, elles sont donc confront\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de difficult\u00e9s pour trouver des financements<\/span>\u00ab\u00a0, analyse Hanna Bonnier. Mais dans les faits, ce sont surtout les femmes qui portent la charge mentale et les cons\u00e9quences professionnelles de la parentalit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Certaines entrepreneuses se tournent vers des r\u00e9seaux cibl\u00e9s comme Empower Maman Solo, qui adapte l\u2019accompagnement aux contraintes des m\u00e8res c\u00e9libataires. Mais d\u2019autres refusent l\u00e9gitimement qu\u2019on les r\u00e9duise \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique. L\u2019enjeu, c\u2019est de pouvoir choisir son accompagnement en fonction de ses besoins r\u00e9els\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Audrey Kamali.<\/p>\n<p>Un constat qui rappelle l\u2019importance de d\u00e9genrer les enjeux familiaux : peu d\u2019espaces sont aujourd\u2019hui propos\u00e9s aux papas solos ou aux hommes souhaitant concilier parentalit\u00e9 et entrepreneuriat. \u00ab\u00a0On parle souvent de responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e, mais jamais de papa solo, il y a une incoh\u00e9rence dans le discours\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Des mod\u00e8les qui \u00e9mergent, surtout dans la tech<\/h2>\n<p>Autre levier d\u2019\u00e9mancipation : la repr\u00e9sentation. Longtemps absente, la figure de la femme entrepreneure, notamment dans les secteurs STEM (sciences, technologies, ing\u00e9nierie, math\u00e9matiques), qui sont aussi les plus rentables, gagne du terrain.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0\u202fIl y a cinq ans, les r\u00f4les mod\u00e8les f\u00e9minins dans la tech \u00e9taient quasi inexistants. Aujourd\u2019hui, ils se multiplient gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des initiatives comme The Future of Tech is Female ou le Women Digital Festival, organis\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par hub.brussels\u202f\u00a0\u00bb, affirme Hanna Bonnier. L\u2019objectif est de soutenir l\u2019acquisition et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences par les femmes, car les outils digitaux (cr\u00e9ation de site web, e-commerce, IA&#8230;) sont indispensables quel que soit le secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9. Depuis trois ans, un appel \u00e0 projets pour l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin est soutenu par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 des Chances. Et les coordinatrices insistent : \u00ab\u00a0Les politiques publiques doivent continuer \u00e0 financer les r\u00e9seaux existants, valoriser les bonnes pratiques et soutenir les initiatives \u00e0 impact.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Car pour Audrey Kamali et Hanna Bonnier, le v\u00e9ritable progr\u00e8s se mesurera le jour o\u00f9 leur m\u00e9tier n\u2019aura plus lieu d\u2019\u00eatre. \u00ab\u00a0Notre but, \u00e0 terme, c\u2019est de dispara\u00eetre. Quand l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me sera suffisamment inclusif, structur\u00e9 et \u00e9quitable pour que les femmes aient autant de chances que les hommes, sans accompagnement sp\u00e9cifique\u00a0\u00bb.
