La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la construction en appelle \u00e0 une r\u00e9action rapide du gouvernement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que les chiffres officiels montrent que le nombre de permis de construire d\u00e9livr\u00e9s pour des logements neufs <strong>descend sous la barre des 10.000 au cours d\u2019un premier<\/strong> trimestre, habituellement port\u00e9 par le salon Batibouw.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans notre pays, 9.467 permis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s au cours des trois premiers mois de cette ann\u00e9e pour la construction de logements, comme vient de le confirmer StatBel, l&rsquo;office belge de la Statistique. Cela repr\u00e9sente une <strong>baisse de 20% par rapport au premier trimestre de 2024<\/strong> (11.840 permis).
