Sa mission est claire : \u00ab<i> Nous voulons devenir le partenaire privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des femmes talentueuses qui souhaitent travailler dans le secteur financier. Non seulement aux Pays-Bas, mais aussi au niveau international<\/i> \u00bb, explique M\u00e9lanie Bosboom. \u00c0 travers le networking, les formations et le coaching personnel, FxF aide les femmes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 20 \u00e0 28 ans \u00e0 trouver leur voie dans un secteur souvent per\u00e7u comme inaccessible.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette approche fait ses preuves. Aux Pays-Bas, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des initiatives comme FxF, la part des start-ups f\u00e9minines dans la finance est pass\u00e9e de 17 \u00e0 20 % en trois ans et demi. M\u00e9lanie Bosboom souligne l\u2019importance d\u2019une d\u00e9marche accessible et personnelle : \u00ab <i>Le secteur est domin\u00e9 par des hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s en costume. Ce n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s attirant pour les jeunes femmes. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2019, pr\u00e8s de 90 % des institutions financi\u00e8res belges y ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9. Les chiffres font \u00e9tat d\u2019un bilan mitig\u00e9 : les femmes constituent la majorit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre totale avec 52,9 %, et la repr\u00e9sentation fr\u00f4le \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans le management interm\u00e9diaire (46,5 %). Toutefois, les hommes continuent de dominer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs (33,2 %) et des comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs (25,7 %).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">\u00ab <i>Les v\u00e9ritables<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i> progr\u00e8s <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i>en mati\u00e8re de <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>diversit\u00e9<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i> et d\u2019<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>inclusion<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i> de <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>genre<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i> vont <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>au-del\u00e0<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i> des <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>chiffres<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i> ou des <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>quotas<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019instaurer une culture d\u2019entreprise <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>inclusive<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i> <\/i>\u00bb<i><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">N\u00e9anmoins, il y a des \u00e9volutions positives. Ainsi, la proportion de femmes dans le management senior est pass\u00e9e de 28,9 % en 2020 \u00e0 33,2 % en 2023. Claire Godding, copr\u00e9sidente de Women in Finance, pr\u00e9cise dans le rapport annuel de l\u2019organisation : \u00ab <i>Nos r\u00e9sultats indiquent que les v\u00e9ritables progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion de genre vont au-del\u00e0 des chiffres ou des quotas. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019instaurer une culture d\u2019entreprise inclusive.
