Les lieux qu\u2019il arpentait ont donn\u00e9 leurs noms \u00e0 ses \u0153uvres, qui forment un \u00ab\u00a0espace actif\u00a0\u00bb, une \u00ab\u00a0analogie du vivre\u00a0\u00bb. En 1956, il d\u00e9couvre l\u2019exposition <em>Modern Art in the United States<\/em> \u00e0 la Tate Gallery (l\u2019actuelle <strong>Tate Britain<\/strong>). Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Willem de Kooning le convainquent : il faut peindre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sans repr\u00e9senter d\u2019objets : \u00ab <em>exprimer ce que l\u2019on ressent. [\u2026] L\u2019abstrait peut prendre une ligne, l\u2019isoler ou la r\u00e9p\u00e9ter diff\u00e9remment pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler sa force, comme Beethoven quelques notes de sa 5e Symphonie.<\/em> \u00bb Early Work from the &rsquo;60s pr\u00e9sente des \u0153uvres rarement vues de cette p\u00e9riode charni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.miergallery.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>www.miergallery.com<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eric Mouchet<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pierre Gaignard<\/strong> interroge mati\u00e8re, langage et m\u00e9moire, la relation entre pass\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sent, avec des gestes artisanaux et des outils num\u00e9riques. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, il recompose des formes cach\u00e9es qu\u2019il r\u00e9v\u00e8le par la lumi\u00e8re, le son ou la mati\u00e8re.
