Selon une nouvelle \u00e9tude, 2026 pourrait bien \u00eatre l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de la bascule : pour la premi\u00e8re fois, les entreprises comptent recruter davantage de talents \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger que sur leur propre sol. Une solution radicale face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie, mais qui s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;un s\u00e9rieux casse-t\u00eate administratif.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le recrutement local a-t-il atteint ses limites ? C\u2019est ce que sugg\u00e8re le <a href=\"https:\/\/remote.com\/blog\/global-hr\/global-workforce-trends\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Workforce Report 2025<\/a> publi\u00e9 par Remote. En interrogeant 3 650 dirigeants RH \u00e0 travers dix pays, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 chiffr\u00e9e impressionnante : 73% des responsables estiment que la majorit\u00e9 de leurs recrutements en 2026 concernera des talents bas\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Plus concret encore : les entreprises pr\u00e9voient qu&rsquo;en moyenne, 62% de leurs futures recrues viendront d\u2019un autre pays. En clair, d\u00e8s l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine, pr\u00e8s de deux nouveaux collaborateurs sur trois ne vivront probablement pas dans le m\u00eame pays que leur employeur.<\/p>\n<h2>La Belgique face \u00e0 ses voisins<\/h2>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;\u00e9tude n&rsquo;a pas audit\u00e9 la Belgique, elle s&rsquo;est pench\u00e9e sur nos voisins directs. Et les chiffres sont parlants : les Pays-Bas sont les plus dynamiques en Europe, avec 65% des entreprises ayant recrut\u00e9 hors fronti\u00e8res ces six derniers mois. L&rsquo;Allemagne suit de pr\u00e8s avec 53%.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les entreprises belges, d\u00e9j\u00e0 sous pression avec une p\u00e9nurie structurelle de profils qualifi\u00e9s, le message est limpide. Si vos concurrents directs vont chercher leurs ing\u00e9nieurs ou d\u00e9veloppeurs aux quatre coins du monde, rester cantonn\u00e9 au march\u00e9 national devient un risque strat\u00e9gique majeur. D&rsquo;autant que le vivier local s&rsquo;ass\u00e8che : pr\u00e8s de trois quarts des entreprises mondiales (74%) affirment qu&rsquo;il est plus difficile de trouver des talents locaux aujourd&rsquo;hui qu&rsquo;il y a un an.<\/p>\n<h2>Le prix de la complexit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Mais attention au mirage du \u00ab\u00a0tout-international\u00a0\u00bb. Avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 8 milliards de candidats potentiels fait r\u00eaver, mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 juridique fait souvent l\u2019effet d\u2019une douche froide. Car recruter \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, c&rsquo;est aussi affronter des l\u00e9gislations du travail, des fiscalit\u00e9s et des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs le frein principal. 64% des DRH avouent que ces r\u00e9glementations complexes bloquent leurs ambitions. Plus inqui\u00e9tant pour les finances : parmi ceux qui ont franchi le pas, 31 % admettent que des erreurs de conformit\u00e9 leur ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 plus de 50 000 dollars. Bref, l\u2019improvisation ne pardonne pas.<\/p>\n<h2>La fin de la \u00ab\u00a0fuite des cerveaux\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/h2>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des d\u00e9fis logistiques, cette tendance pourrait red\u00e9finir l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale. <strong>Barbara Matthews<\/strong>, Chief People Officer chez Remote, y voit une opportunit\u00e9 historique : \u00ab <em>Les talents qui, autrefois, devaient s\u2019expatrier pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 de meilleures opportunit\u00e9s peuvent d\u00e9sormais travailler pour des entreprises internationales sans quitter leur pays<\/em>. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>On s&rsquo;\u00e9loigne donc de la traditionnelle fuite des cerveaux. Pour les talents, c&rsquo;est la promesse de belles carri\u00e8res sans d\u00e9racinement. Pour les entreprises, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence, o\u00f9 qu&rsquo;elle soit.
