Apr\u00e8s avoir explor\u00e9 l\u2019autopartage, l\u2019abonnement, la location, le leasing, le remarketing et la circularit\u00e9, cette s\u00e9rie permet de d\u00e9passer les effets d\u2019annonce. Elle r\u00e9v\u00e8le des bouleversements bien r\u00e9els, mais d\u2019une nature diff\u00e9rente de ce que les discours les plus radicaux laissent parfois entendre. Le VaaS ne fait pas table rase. Il reconfigure, d\u00e9place et red\u00e9finit les \u00e9quilibres. Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui le rend durable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier enseignement de cette s\u00e9rie est clair : le <em>Vehicle-as-a-Service<\/em> ne provoquera pas de rupture brutale. Il ne remplace pas la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, il la relativise. Il n\u2019abolit pas les mod\u00e8les traditionnels, il les oblige \u00e0 \u00e9voluer. L\u2019usage devient un crit\u00e8re central, parfois dominant, souvent compl\u00e9mentaire, mais rarement exclusif.<\/p>\n<p>Les analystes de JATO, fournisseur international de donn\u00e9es et d\u2019analyses pour l\u2019industrie automobile, r\u00e9sument bien cette dynamique en rappelant que le VaaS ne signe pas la fin de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 automobile, mais s\u2019impose comme une r\u00e9ponse plus flexible et plus coh\u00e9rente avec les contraintes \u00e9conomiques et environnementales actuelles. Ce glissement traverse tous les segments observ\u00e9s : autopartage urbain, location courte dur\u00e9e, abonnements mensuels ou solutions de leasing flexible.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/angel-fievez-turismo-notre-ambition-toutes-les-voitures-du-monde-accessibles-en-quelques-clics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Angel Fievez, fondateur et CEO de Turismo<\/a>, plateforme d\u2019abonnement automobile premium, r\u00e9sume ce changement de perspective : vous ne choisissez plus une voiture pour ce qu\u2019elle est, mais pour ce qu\u2019elle vous permet de faire, \u00e0 un moment pr\u00e9cis de votre vie. La valeur se d\u00e9place de la possession vers l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, de l\u2019objet vers l\u2019usage.<\/p>\n<h2>Moins de voitures, mais davantage de valeur par v\u00e9hicule<\/h2>\n<p>Le<strong> VaaS<\/strong> introduit \u00e9galement une logique de rationalisation difficile \u00e0 ignorer. Une voiture qui reste immobile l\u2019essentiel du temps repr\u00e9sente un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une inefficacit\u00e9 structurelle. Le bouleversement ne tient donc pas tant au nombre de v\u00e9hicules qu\u2019\u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont ils sont utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>La valeur se d\u00e9place vers l\u2019exploitation et la donn\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Dans les mod\u00e8les <em>as-a-service<\/em>, la rentabilit\u00e9 ne se joue plus au moment de la vente ni m\u00eame \u00e0 la fin du contrat. Elle se construit tout au long de la vie du v\u00e9hicule, \u00e0 travers la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019exploitation, la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts et l\u2019intelligence des d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Johan Verbois<\/strong>, expert europ\u00e9en du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=14454&amp;action=edit&amp;classic-editor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">remarketing automobile et cofondateur de MA5 Used Vehicle Consulting Group<\/a>, le rappelle avec clart\u00e9 : dans les mod\u00e8les d\u2019abonnement, la rentabilit\u00e9 repose avant tout sur l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle, bien plus que sur la valeur r\u00e9siduelle. La donn\u00e9e devient l\u2019infrastructure invisible du VaaS.<\/p>\n<h2>Un mod\u00e8le exigeant, qui ne pardonne pas l\u2019approximation<\/h2>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie l\u2019a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 : le <strong>VaaS<\/strong> ne fonctionne pas partout, ni pour tout le monde. Il favorise les acteurs capables de penser en \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, d\u2019absorber la complexit\u00e9 et d\u2019inscrire leurs v\u00e9hicules dans plusieurs cycles de vie coh\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<h2>Jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 ira la transformation ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le <em>Vehicle-as-a-Service<\/em> ne fera pas dispara\u00eetre la voiture, ni m\u00eame la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Mais il en red\u00e9finit profond\u00e9ment le r\u00f4le. La voiture devient un actif circulant, pilot\u00e9 par la donn\u00e9e, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans un syst\u00e8me de services o\u00f9 l\u2019utilisateur gagne en libert\u00e9 sans n\u00e9cessairement renoncer au contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Le bouleversement est moins spectaculaire que structurel. Il est lent, parfois invisible, mais difficilement r\u00e9versible. Il ne repose pas sur une technologie miracle, mais sur l\u2019alignement progressif de contraintes \u00e9conomiques, environnementales et r\u00e9glementaires.<br \/>\nEn ce sens, le<strong> VaaS<\/strong> n\u2019est pas une mode. C\u2019est une nouvelle grammaire de la mobilit\u00e9.
