M\u00eame si les femmes sont traditionnellement sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans l\u2019industrie technologique, le paysage \u00e9volue, mais doucement. Est-ce suffisant ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les chiffres sont \u00e9loquents : 10% seulement des CEO des entreprises technologiques sont des femmes. Ce pourcentage r\u00e9v\u00e8le non seulement un manque de leaders f\u00e9minins, mais aussi la persistance d\u2019obstacles culturels et structurels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cependant, la croissance de l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin dans l\u2019univers de la technologie n\u2019est pas uniforme. Dans des villes comme Hasselt, Anvers et Gand, on observe des pourcentages plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019entrepreneuses. On notera aussi que les entrepreneuses \u00e9trang\u00e8res r\u00e9ussissent mieux en Belgique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les secteurs o\u00f9 les femmes sont traditionnellement plus nombreuses, tels que la sant\u00e9, les ressources humaines et l\u2019enseignement, affichent \u00e9galement des pourcentages plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019entrepreneuses dans la technologie. Ces chiffres indiquent qu\u2019il existe des secteurs technologiques o\u00f9 les femmes sont non seulement pr\u00e9sentes, mais aussi prosp\u00e8res. Autre point positif : dans les entreprises technologiques ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle ou la nanotechnologie, on trouve davantage de femmes leaders. De m\u00eame, les spin-offs issues d\u2019institutions de recherche, soutenues par des organismes tels que l\u2019imec, l\u2019ULB, l\u2019UCLouvain et l\u2019UHasselt, obtiennent des r\u00e9sultats sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Malgr\u00e9 ces signaux positifs, le financement reste un obstacle majeur. Seulement 8% des investissements vont aux entreprises technologiques dirig\u00e9es par des femmes. Ce chiffre d\u00e9courageant t\u00e9moigne des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s tenaces et des obstacles auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les entrepreneuses. Mais ici aussi, on observe heureusement des avanc\u00e9es\u00a0: au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les CEO f\u00e9minines ont lev\u00e9 plus de capitaux que dans les 35 ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019industrie technologique se trouve \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e des chemins. Chaque ann\u00e9e, nous passons \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s, et les cons\u00e9quences de ces rendez-vous manqu\u00e9s ne doivent pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9es. Les femmes d\u00e9veloppent des perspectives nouvelles, des innovations et des styles de leadership essentiels pour la diversit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9silience du secteur. Alors que nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, il est important de reconna\u00eetre aussi le long chemin qu\u2019il reste \u00e0 parcourir. Le secteur doit activement promouvoir une culture inclusive qui accueille les femmes, tout en favorisant leur d\u00e9veloppement. Il nous incombe \u00e0 tous, d\u00e9cideurs politiques, entrepreneurs et investisseurs, de veiller \u00e0 ce que cette \u00e9volution se poursuive, afin que la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de femmes puisse non seulement participer \u00e0 l\u2019industrie technologique, mais aussi la diriger. Ainsi, nous pourrons combattre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et stimuler notre progr\u00e8s technologique.
