Vraiment en forme. Scott Cutler a, entre autres, couru des marathons, parcouru neuf \u00e9tapes du Tour de France et travers\u00e9 les Alpes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0Il faut une endurance et une forme physique incroyables pour pouvoir voyager dans le monde entier\u00a0\u00bb, explique Scott Cutler \u00e0 propos de son r\u00f4le de PDG. \u00ab\u00a0Je crois aussi beaucoup au d\u00e9veloppement personnel et j&rsquo;essaie donc de me d\u00e9passer dans les domaines que j&rsquo;aime&#8230; de me mettre au d\u00e9fi de grandir\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis qu&rsquo;il a quitt\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebay.be\/\">eBay<\/a> pour rejoindre StockX en tant que PDG en 2019, Cutler a eu pour d\u00e9fi de faire de la \u00ab\u00a0place de march\u00e9 de la culture actuelle\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9crit lui-m\u00eame comme la plateforme de choix pour les personnes qui revendent des baskets et des v\u00eatements de rue dans le monde entier. Son premier grand d\u00e9fi est survenu moins d&rsquo;un an apr\u00e8s son entr\u00e9e en fonction, lorsque la pand\u00e9mie mondiale a r\u00e9duit les ventes de v\u00eatements et de chaussures, suivie d&rsquo;une reprise aliment\u00e9e par l&rsquo;inflation et d&rsquo;un proc\u00e8s intent\u00e9 par Nike pour des contrefa\u00e7ons et des NFT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les ventes internationales de baskets ont permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de rester en mode croissance, M. Cutler affirme que la pand\u00e9mie a d\u00e9finitivement modifi\u00e9 son style de direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai d\u00fb me pr\u00e9senter diff\u00e9remment : moins transactionnel, beaucoup plus empathique en tant que dirigeant\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des pratiques telles que les contr\u00f4les personnels et les r\u00e9unions bihebdomadaires de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe afin de poursuivre sur cette lanc\u00e9e. \u00ab\u00a0\u00catre accessible et transparent s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous nous d\u00e9veloppions \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est une relation nuanc\u00e9e\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Scott Cutler<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, comme pour tout site de revente, il y a un bras de fer permanent avec des marques comme Nike, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du buzz suppl\u00e9mentaire que les listes peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, mais qui n&rsquo;appr\u00e9cient pas que les revendeurs utilisent des robots ou d&rsquo;autres astuces pour s&#8217;emparer d&rsquo;une part disproportionn\u00e9e de produits destin\u00e9s \u00e0 de vrais fans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une relation nuanc\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, explique M. Cutler. \u00ab\u00a0La d\u00e9cision initiale concernant la quantit\u00e9 de produits \u00e0 mettre sur le march\u00e9 est une strat\u00e9gie cl\u00e9 que de nombreuses marques utilisent pour cr\u00e9er de la raret\u00e9, de la valeur de marque, de la chaleur et de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat.
