Dit is een primeur sinds 2020. In deze context valt het investeringsportfolio van Belgische family offices op, met een voorkeur voor vastgoed en lokale private equity, volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackrock.com\/corporate\/newsroom\/press-releases\/article\/corporate-one\/press-releases\/blackrock-family-office-survey-2025\">de recente wereldwijde enqu\u00eate van 2025 door de Amerikaanse vermogensbeheerder BlackRock<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Aangezien veel Belgische family offices industri\u00eble wortels hebben, hebben we een voorkeur waargenomen voor tastbare activa zoals vastgoed en infrastructuur. Binnen de re\u00eble activa hebben we ook een grotere interesse geconstateerd in hernieuwbare energie, vergeleken met andere regio&#8217;s in continentaal Europa&#8221;, analyseert <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/liorkatz1\">Lior Katz<\/a>, hoofd van Family Offices en Foundations in Continentaal Europa bij BlackRock.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens deze studie vormt de zorg over de geopolitieke context momenteel een <span style=\"font-family: Verdana, BlinkMacSystemFont, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Open Sans', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">kritieke factor in de besluitvorming over kapitaaltoewijzing.<\/span> Family offices wereldwijd richten zich vervolgens op private markten om hun opbrengstbronnen te diversifi\u00ebren. Het aandeel van alternatieve activa is dan ook groter dan ooit voor family offices en vertegenwoordigt 42% van hun portefeuilles, tegenover 39% bij de vorige enqu\u00eate, in 2022-2023.<\/p>\n<p>Family offices zijn zeer alert op risicobeheer, met meer dan tweederde (68%) die de diversificatie wil vergroten, en bijna de helft (47%) die hun blootstelling aan verschillende opbrengstbronnen wil vergroten, waaronder illiquide alternatieve activa, aandelen buiten de Verenigde Staten en liquide alternatieve activa.<\/p>\n<p>Particulier krediet en infrastructuur zijn de kernallocaties van hun portfolio geworden om de veerkracht ervan te versterken. De eerste oplossing onderscheidt zich door zijn rendement en liquiditeit, terwijl de tweede wordt verkozen vanwege de stabiliteit van zijn kasstromen en zijn bescherming tegen inflatie.<\/p>\n<p>Onder de alternatieve activa die een prominente rol spelen in de portefeuilles noemt Lior Katz ook private equity, vastgoed, venture capital, liquide alternatieven en andere re\u00eble activa.<\/p>\n<p>De 175 single-family offices die werden ondervraagd, waarvan sommige in Belgi\u00eb gevestigd zijn, beheren gezamenlijk activa van meer dan 320 miljard dollar.
