De iconische locatie in Le Lavandou, die al sinds 1930 bestaat, is een oase tussen hemel en zee en komt weer tot leven onder leiding van zakenvrouw Delphine Andr\u00e9 en architect Jean-Baptiste Pietri.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zelden heeft een hotelopening zo&#8217;n hecht team laten zien. En terecht: de meesten kennen elkaar al jaren, ze ontmoetten elkaar &#8220;boven&#8221;, in Savoie, voordat ze elkaar deze zomer &#8220;beneden&#8221; weer treffen, aan de Franse Rivi\u00e8ra. &#8220;Ik kom niet uit de hotellerie. Twintig jaar geleden kocht ik <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotellesbarmes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Barmes de l&#8217;Ours<\/a>, toen in aanbouw, in Val d&#8217;Is\u00e8re. Zo is het allemaal begonnen\u2026&#8221;, vertelt Delphine Andr\u00e9, nu eigenares van twee vijfsterrenhotels en ook voorzitter van de transport- en logistiekgroep GCA.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11286\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11286\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11286 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/les-roches-nicolas-anetson-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"928\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11286\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Les Roches, boot-hotel met een adembenemend uitzicht op het water \u00a9Nicolas Anetson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Voor Delphine Andr\u00e9 werd het idee van een zomerhuis belangrijk om de continu\u00efteit tussen seizoenen te waarborgen en de teams aan zich te binden. Ze zocht een locatie die resoneert met de geest van Les Barmes, waar dezelfde hoge eisen gelden: hoogwaardige materialen en topservice&#8221;, vervolgt Manon Pelissier, marketingmanager.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8216;De zee, de zee altijd weer opnieuw&#8217;, prees de dichter Paul Val\u00e9ry<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In Hotel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotellesroches.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Roches<\/a> geen vergulde decoratie of overdreven luxe, maar een sobere elegantie, uitgehouwen in steen en beton, verwarmd door de weerkaatsing van het alomtegenwoordige terrazzo. De 40 kamers en suites zijn vormgegeven als scheepshutten, met meubels van licht hout, linnen van Garnier-Thiebaut en zonnige foto&#8217;s, werken van fotograaf Jean-Daniel Lorieux. Beneden strekt de Sisley spa zich uit in de luwte, met de deining van de golven als enige soundtrack.<\/p>\n<p>Op het bovenste dek beschikt het hotel over een zwembad, een bar en een gastronomisch restaurant, L&#8217;Oursin. Antoine Gras, sterrenchef sinds 2019 bij La Table de l\u2019Ours, viert hier de mediterrane smaken, terwijl Magali Delalex, winnares van de Michelin Sommelierprijs 2024, een eclectische selectie van fijne wijnen biedt. Bij zonsondergang biedt La Langouste sur le Toit, een restaurant op het dakterras, kreeft in een intieme sfeer.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11285\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11285\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11285 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/les-roches-nicolas-anetson-19-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"522\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11285\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">De keuken van Antoine Gras bij Les Roches \u00a9Nicolas Anetson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De landschappen van Lavandou betoverden de neo-impressionistische schilders met hun licht, zoals de Belg <a href=\"http:\/\/www.villa-theo.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Th\u00e9o Van Rysselberghe<\/a> (geboren in Gent in 1862 en gestorven in Lavandou in 1926). Trouw aan deze erfenis toont Hotel Les Roches in zijn ruimtes werken van grote hedendaagse kunstenaars. &#8220;Dit idee ontstond uit een wens van Delphine Andr\u00e9 om gasten het plezier te geven met kunstwerken te leven&#8221;, legt artistiek directeur J\u00e9r\u00f4me Neutres uit. Zo heeft Maki Ohkojima een muurfresco gemaakt dat schilderkunst en keramiek combineert in de bar-restaurant, terwijl beeldhouwer Vladimir Zbynoski op het dak een zen-tuin ontwierp van steen en glas. Grote rotsformaties van Ma Desheng, de ondergedompelde koffiepotten van Arman en een tafel van Yves Klein sieren ook de locatie, waardoor een complete artistieke onderdompeling ontstaat.
