{"id":11890,"date":"2025-10-16T13:25:23","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T11:25:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/nl\/?p=11890"},"modified":"2025-10-20T13:26:24","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T11:26:24","slug":"sweco-groep-neemt-belgisch-architectenbureau-assar-over","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/nl\/sweco-groep-neemt-belgisch-architectenbureau-assar-over\/","title":{"rendered":"SWECO Groep neemt Belgisch architectenbureau ASSAR over"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>De Belgische tak van het krachtige Zweedse bedrijf SWECO, tegenwoordig Europees leider in het combineren van expertise op het gebied van techniek en architectuur, heeft zojuist het Belgische bureau ASSAR ge\u00efntegreerd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na maanden van onderhandelingen over de overname van de aandelen van ASSAR door de internationaal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zonebourse.com\/cours\/action\/SWECO-AB-6491806\/\">op de Stockholmse beurs genoteerde groep<\/a>, werd het nieuws aangekondigd aan de respectieve medewerkers: het gespecialiseerde Belgische architectenbureau valt nu onder de internationale vlag van SWECO, dat al <strong>2.600 medewerkers in Belgi\u00eb<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swecobelgium.be\/fr\/actualites\/sweco-et-assar-architects-unissent-leurs-forces-une-architecture-innovante-pour-une-societe-en-transition\/\">SWECO Belgium SRL<\/a>) en <strong>21.000 wereldwijd<\/strong> telt.<\/p>\n<p>Sinds 1985 heeft Assar, dat tijdelijk zijn naam en hoofdzetel aan de Chauss\u00e9e de La Hulpe zal behouden, een reputatie opgebouwd in complexe en grootschalige projecten op het gebied van gezondheidszorg, commerci\u00eble en residenti\u00eble gebouwen, publieke instellingen en stedelijke ontwikkeling. Het bedrijf telt vandaag 150 medewerkers verdeeld over vijf locaties (Brussel, Antwerpen, Luik, Luxemburg en Parijs) om klanten van strategie tot realisatie te begeleiden. Onder de recente grote projecten zijn het nieuwe hoofdkwartier van Defensie in Haren, het Regionaal Ziekenhuis in Luik, de toekomstige Clinique Saint-Pierre in Waver, de ontwikkeling van de Lebeau-sites in de Zavel (Immobel) of de Europese Investeringsbank in Luxemburg, maar ook het kantoorgebouw The Cube in Diegem (Ghelamco).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ASSAR, onderdeel van SWECO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Op de website van het architectenbureau gespecialiseerd in grote complexe projecten staat inmiddels al geschreven \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.assar.fr\/\">ASSAR, part of SWECO&#8217;<\/a>. De vandaag bezegelde integratie resulteert in de nieuwe entiteit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swecobelgium.be\/fr\/swecoarchitects\/\">SWECO Architects<\/a>, waarvan de 360 graden visie architecten en ingenieurs zij aan zij in een multidisciplinair team samenbrengt dat het volledige projectecosysteem beheerst, van planning en programmering tot architectuur en interieurontwerp, en ook stabiliteit, techniek, energie, veiligheid en onderhoud.<\/p>\n<p>Vandaag de dag omvat het krachtige Europese netwerk van architecten binnen de SWECO-groep, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swecobelgium.be\/fr\/nous-sommes-sweco\/historique\/\">dat sinds 1956 in Belgi\u00eb actief is<\/a> en dat door voortdurende externe acquisities is gegroeid, al 1.500 specialisten en experts verdeeld over acht landen.
