{"id":7098,"date":"2025-01-22T14:21:48","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T13:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/nl\/?p=7098"},"modified":"2025-01-22T14:37:26","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T13:37:26","slug":"proximus-verhuist-naar-tour-taxis-tegen-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/nl\/proximus-verhuist-naar-tour-taxis-tegen-2027\/","title":{"rendered":"Proximus verhuist tegen 2027 naar Tour &#038; Taxis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Nextensa, de eigenaar van de site, heeft officieel het nieuws bevestigd: tegen 2027 zal hij op Tour &amp; Taxis de Proximus Campus Brussels bouwen en de oude torens bij het Noordstation opkopen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>De onderhandelingen zitten in de laatste fase tussen Nextensa en Proximus:<\/strong> na de aanbesteding die eind zomer 2024 door Proximus werd uitgeschreven voor hun nieuwe Brusselse hoofdkwartier, is de optie van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nextensa.eu\/fr\/nieuws-pers\/negociations-avec-proximus-pour-un-demenagement-vers-tour-taxis-entrent-dans-leur-phase-finale\"><strong>Nextensa<\/strong><\/a> uiteindelijk gekozen: het toekomstige hoofdkantoor van Proximus wordt gevestigd op de site van <strong>Tour &amp; Taxis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>&#8220;De onderhandelingen gaan door om de documentatie rond deze transactie af te ronden, waarvan de definitieve contracten in het tweede kwartaal van 2025 zouden moeten worden getekend. Details over de huur- en verkoopvoorwaarden zullen later worden gecommuniceerd&#8221;<\/em>, verduidelijkt deze ochtend <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/michel-van-geyte\/?originalSubdomain=be\">Michel Van Geyte<\/a>, CEO van Nextensa<\/strong>, die daarmee officieel een einde maakte aan de geruchten en de saga die al twee jaar duurt.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\"><strong>Proximus Campus Brussel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8278\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/nextensa-lake-side-aerien.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1248\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">De <strong>Proximus Campus Brussels<\/strong> wordt grotendeels ondergebracht in nieuwe kantoorgebouwen die worden ontwikkeld binnen het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lakeside.brussels\/fr\/\"><strong>Lake Side<\/strong><\/a> project, het laatste rehabilitatiegebied van de Tour &amp; Taxis site.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">De verhuizing van Proximus-medewerkers, die nu tijdelijk gehuisvest zijn in het <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Immeuble_Bor\u00e9al\"><strong>Bor\u00e9al<\/strong><\/a>-gebouw, naar Tour &amp; Taxis is <strong>gepland voor de eerste helft van 2027<\/strong>. &#8220;<em>Tegen het einde van het eerste semester van 2029 zullen alle diensten en werkplekken van de Proximus Campus operationeel zijn. Foto Marc Detiffe.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"justify\">De vergunningsaanvraag voor de site die het nieuwe hoofdkantoor van Proximus zal huisvesten, werd in maart 2023 ingediend. De milieueffectrapportage is nu afgerond en de afsluiting van de vergunningsprocedure wordt verwacht in het <strong>derde kwartaal van 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\"><strong>En de oude torens?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De gelijktijdige overname van de Proximus-torens bij het Noordstation betekent ook het begin van een nieuw belangrijk herontwikkelingsproject voor Nextensa. Details over de toekomstige vorm en bestemming van deze iconische torens bij het Noordstation zullen de komende maanden worden verduidelijkt. Maar het is niet uitgesloten dat Nextensa samenwerkt met <strong>Immobel<\/strong>, die eerder een koopoptie had genomen op het historische complex en uitgebreid communiceerde over een ambitieus <a href=\"https:\/\/neutelings-riedijk.com\/projects\/proximus-towers\">herontwikkelingsproject<\/a> voordat het vorig jaar de handdoek in de ring gooide.
