De volgende <em>roadshow<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiratesgroupcareers.com\/pilots\/\">is zojuist aangekondigd<\/a> en vindt plaats op <strong>zondag 23 februari<\/strong> van 13.00 tot 18.00 uur en <strong>maandag 24<\/strong> vanaf 10.00 uur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8718\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/1725541346009.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onlangs kondigde Emirates belangrijke veranderingen aan in de rekrutering van haar piloten, waaronder verhoogde salarissen, nieuwe functies en gewijzigde toelatingscriteria. Vier profielen worden gezocht: directe kapiteins, versneld commando, gekwalificeerde en niet-gekwalificeerde copiloten.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens de organisatoren is vooraf registreren niet nodig en hoeven piloten slechts \u00e9\u00e9n van de sessies bij te wonen. Tijdens de gekozen sessie worden de kandidaten uitgebreid ge\u00efnformeerd over het wervingsproces van de luchtvaartmaatschappij, de beschikbare kansen, opleidingsprogramma\u2019s, de voorziene loopbaantrajecten en voordelen. Ze kunnen ook praten met piloten die momenteel bij Emirates vliegen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jean-pierre-martin-9595531b\/?originalSubdomain=be\"><strong>Jean-Pierre Martin, de Belgische directeur van Emirates<\/strong><\/a>, zullen de toekomstige piloten een van de jongste en modernste langeafstandsvloten ter wereld ter beschikking hebben voor vluchten naar meer dan 140 bestemmingen wereldwijd.
