De verkoop van het resterende vastgoedportefeuille gehuisvest in de dochteronderneming AccorInvest zou het benodigde kapitaal moeten vrijmaken om de internationale expansie voort te zetten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al meer dan tien jaar steunt de uitbreidingsstrategie van alle hotelgroepen op een terugtrekking naar hun kernactiviteit (<em>core business<\/em>) door hun vastgoed zo veel mogelijk uit te besteden. Dit om kapitaal vrij te maken en hun netwerk en omzet sneller uit te breiden door producten en merken wereldwijd te vermenigvuldigen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/all.accor.com\/a\/fr.html?utm_term=mar&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3PD9-9HSiwMVtJ6DBx3EDCK0EAAYASAAEgIdJPD_BwE&amp;utm_campaign=ppc-ach-mar-goo-fr-fr-pure-mix-sear-&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_source=google&amp;utm_content=fr-fr-ALL-ALL\">AccorHotels<\/a> is tegenwoordig in meer dan 110 landen aanwezig met <strong>5.682 hotels (waarvan 293 vorig jaar geopend)<\/strong> en ongeveer 10.000 restaurants en bars. \u2018In 2025 zullen we ons richten op markten met hoog potentieel: ongeveer 60% van onze openingen zal plaatsvinden in de regio Midden-Oosten, Afrika en Azi\u00eb-Pacific\u2019, aldus de financieel directeur van de groep, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/group.accor.com\/fr-FR\/Directory\/Martine-Gerow\">Martine Gerow<\/a><\/strong>, tegen AFP.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8888\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8888\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8888 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8888\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Het Sofitel Mumbai.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor AccorHotels was het al in 2018 de bedoeling om meer dan een hotel per dag te openen. Die aanpak is nauwelijks veranderd. Het mandaat van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/S\u00e9bastien_Bazin\">S\u00e9bastien Bazin<\/a>, de huidige CEO sinds eind 2013<\/strong>, zou tijdens de algemene vergadering van de groep in mei verlengd moeten worden met drie jaar. Dit geeft hem de tijd om binnen minder dan twee jaar het verkoopproces van AccorInvest af te ronden. Internationale investeerders kijken opnieuw naar het vastgoed dat wordt beheerd door de sterkste hotelgroepen. Dit is momenteel aantrekkelijker dan kantoor- of winkelvastgoed.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>H\u00f4tel F1 in het vizier<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8892\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8892\" style=\"width: 2202px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8892\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/capture-decran-2025-02-20-a-171226.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2202\" height=\"1202\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8892\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Het merkenportfolio van de AccorHotels groep.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AccorInvest bezit met name het vastgoed en de activa van het prijsvechtersmerk <a href=\"https:\/\/hotelf1.accor.com\/map\/index.fr.shtml\">h\u00f4telF1<\/a>, dat volgens een recent bericht van <em>Les Echos<\/em> door de groep verkocht zou moeten worden. \u2018AccorInvest heeft dit programma voor de verkoop van activa al ingezet, waarvan ongeveer 50% is afgerond, en F1 maakt deel uit van dit programma\u2019, aldus Martine Gerow, die toevoegt dat haar dochteronderneming \u2018haar activiteiten heeft voortgezet, onafhankelijk van het plan voor de verkoop van activa en aanzienlijke meerwaarden heeft gerealiseerd op de verkochte activa\u2019. In 2024 boekte Accor een <strong>omzet van 5,60 miljard euro<\/strong>, een stijging van <strong>+11%<\/strong>. De divisie &#8216;luxe en lifestyle&#8217; zag de activiteiten stijgen met +19%, tot 2,58 miljard euro, en de divisie &#8216;premium, middenklasse en budget&#8217; steeg met +5%, tot 3,10 miljard euro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Nog 25 jaar geleden dachten spelers in de hotelsector dat het bezitten van de panden leidde tot beter beheer in goede banen.
